As CISO, you are the face of information security within Yellowtail.

You ensure that our organization continues to meet the highest standards in the fields of security, privacy, and risk management. At the same time, you are a substantive interlocutor for customers, prospects, and auditors.

You work closely with the board, management, system administration, IT management, and our various labels. In doing so, you move within an organization that is in full development. Due to growth, acquisitions, and various business units, you will regularly encounter issues where a standard approach is not a given.

That is exactly what makes this role interesting.

You are responsible for developing our security strategy, further professionalizing our security frameworks, and guiding certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC assurance processes. Additionally, you advise customers on information security, risk management, and compliance, and support commercial and delivery processes in which security plays an important role.

Because security here is not just a checkbox on a list.

You are someone who likes to take responsibility and reduce complex issues to workable solutions.

Additionally:

• you have extensive experience within information security, cybersecurity, or IT risk management;

• you have experience in a senior security role, for example as CISO, Security Officer, or Security Manager;

• you possess knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC2, governance, risk management, and compliance;

• you feel at home in conversations with both boards and technical specialists;

• you are analytically strong and communicatively skilled;

• you get energy from advising customers and colleagues;

• you closely follow developments regarding AI, cybersecurity, and data security.

• a gross monthly salary between € 4,800 and € 6,900, depending on your knowledge and experience;
