The role of Senior Business Consultant at Yellowtail Conclusion is a very diverse one. In a multidisciplinary team of professionals, you will guide innovation trajectories at large financials. Think of organizing and leading workshops, input sessions, and user testing. Our projects vary from a creative design & concept phase to the further development and management of the created applications.

And that is not the only thing that makes the work so incredibly versatile: one time you are working on a relatively small and short-term project, and the next time you are part of a large and long-term project. But always together with your Yellowtail colleagues!

Your contribution is that you continuously interface with all stakeholders: the client, your design colleagues, developers, and IT architects. Together, you make the assignment a success. You are the bridge between the Business and IT and ensure that all activities run smoothly. You lay the foundation with your thorough analyses in which you make use of data in the financial sector. Additionally, you guide Junior Consultants and help them with their personal development. But that does not mean your personal development stands still: together with your manager, you establish personal development goals.
