Managing Mortgage Specialist / Mortgage Consultant

We like clarity. The salary range for this role is between € 5,000 and € 5,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience. Additionally, you will receive a mobility allowance that you can use sustainably, for example, for an electric lease car.

The mortgage market is in full motion. Digitalization is accelerating, chain collaboration is becoming more complex, and customers expect speed and transparency. This calls for professionals who not only understand the mortgage process but also know how it can be designed smarter and more future-proof.

You will become part of the Mortgage Team within Davinci Conclusion: a multidisciplinary team of approximately ten consultants with expertise in mortgage processes, process optimization, digitalization, and change management. We work on issues in, among others, the Netherlands and Belgium and in the UK, but always with the same focus: making the mortgage chain smarter, simpler, and more future-proof. Together, you will bring content, process, and technology together to realize improvements that work in practice.

In this role, you will work primarily on assignments within the mortgage chain, with an important role at HDN. You will deal with issues that affect the entire market, such as chain standards, collaboration, and digitalization between advisors, providers, and service parties.

You will analyze processes and data flows within the chain and identify where standardization, simplification, or better collaboration is possible. You will work with diverse stakeholders, from lenders to software suppliers, and ensure that improvements are not only conceived but also actually realized.

Additionally, as a consultant at various chain parties, you will work on analyzing and optimizing mortgage processes, guiding improvement initiatives, and advising on system design and collaboration.

You operate at the intersection of content, process, and collaboration and act as a substantive sparring partner for clients, chain partners, and colleagues. Within the team, you are one of the substantive experts on mortgage issues and, with your practical experience, contribute to the quality and impact of the services provided.

You know the mortgage process well and understand how lenders, advisors, and other chain parties work together. You are curious about what happens behind the daily operations and see opportunities to make processes smarter, simpler, and more digital.

You think analytically, communicate clearly, and switch easily between different stakeholders. You dare to challenge existing ways of working and at the same time know how to bring people along in change. You feel at home in an environment with diverse interests, much variety, and room to make an impact yourself. Experience with chain collaboration, for example via HDN, improvement trajectories, or IT, data, and system design, is a plus. We also view Wft Basis and Wft Mortgage Credit as a plus.
