You will work on the maintenance of a complex production environment where high-quality asphalt mixtures are produced daily for road construction projects in the region. A great opportunity for an experienced mechanic who wants to further develop towards a coordinating role within technical maintenance.

As Technical Specialist Asphalt Plant, you are an indispensable link within our asphalt plant (ARA). You ensure that installations continue to run reliably, malfunctions are resolved quickly, and maintenance activities are well prepared. Thanks to your technical knowledge and practical attitude, production continues to run safely and efficiently.

You draw up maintenance and overhaul schedules, coordinate activities, and ensure that materials and parts are available in a timely manner. In addition, you remain involved in the execution. You resolve malfunctions, support complex repairs, and contribute ideas for technical improvements to installations and maintenance processes. In the long term, you will grow into the primary technical point of contact for the asphalt plant. In that role, you will also be available for technical questions when the situation requires it. A role in which technology, maintenance, planning, and responsibility come together.

• Drawing up and monitoring overhaul and maintenance schedules

• Performing technical activities or ensuring they are performed

• Resolving malfunctions and preventing technical problems

• Purchasing technical parts and requesting quotes

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and maintenance parties

• Contributing ideas for improvements to installations and maintenance processes

• In the long term, acting as the first point of contact for technical maintenance within the asphalt plant
