Mid/Senior Installation Technology Supervisor

As an Installation Technology Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management of diverse rail infrastructure projects. You work on complex electrical installations, such as substations, tunnel installations, lighting, and power supplies.

You ensure that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. In doing so, you are the connecting link between execution, work preparation, project management, and other involved disciplines. Thanks to your technical knowledge, organizational skills, and oversight, projects proceed successfully from preparation to delivery.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• The daily management and supervision of employees and subcontractors at project locations;

• Monitoring planning, quality, progress, and safety, and adjusting where necessary;

• Drawing up and coordinating work schedules together with the work preparer;

• Assessing contracts, identifying deviations, and monitoring feasibility;

• Realizing projects within the set planning, quality requirements, and budgets;

• Providing advice during the calculation and preparation phase of projects;

• Planning personnel, materials, and equipment;

• Coordinating with work preparers, project managers, and designers for a smooth project progression.

Because many activities take place when there is no or limited train traffic possible, you will regularly work in the evening, night, or weekend. You will, of course, receive appropriate allowances for this.

• A one-year contract with a view to permanent employment;

• A salary between € 3,900 and € 6,450 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience;

• Allowances for evening, night, and weekend shifts;

• A position for 32 to 40 hours per week;

• A lease car, laptop, and company phone;

• No less than 43 days off per year;
