As a Site Manager / Lead Electrical Technician at Van den Hoogen engineering, you are the connecting link between the project manager, technicians, and the client!

You will work on diverse utility projects and ensure that the work is carried out safely, according to schedule, and with the correct quality. You will lead your team, monitor progress, and contribute ideas for technical solutions. Together, you will ensure a successful end result that you can be proud of.

• Leading and supervising technicians at the project location

• Coordinating and monitoring daily activities

• Participating in execution and construction meetings

• Coordinating with the project manager, client, and other involved parties

• Monitoring the schedule, quality, and safety on the project

• Handling material orders and organizing the execution

• Identifying and discussing technical issues and solutions
