Energy Supply Supervisor

• A one-year contract with the intention to extend to an indefinite period;

• A good salary: € 3,378 to € 6,000 per month (Supervisor A, B, or C), obviously depending on age and experience;

As an Energy Supply Supervisor, you are the indispensable link within our projects - think of substations, tunnel technical installations, installations in and around the tracks and platforms, power supply installations, lighting, switch heating, and service cabinets. The Dutch rail network is growing and modernizing rapidly, and you play a key role in that.

You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from preparation to execution. You arrange that the right people, materials, and resources are available at exactly the right moment. You:

• Provide daily management and guidance to the team at the project location;

• Monitor the progress, quality, and safety of the work and adjust where necessary;

• Develop work schedules together with the work planner and coordinate these with all stakeholders;

• Read contracts, assess feasibility, and identify deviations;

• Ensure the timely delivery of projects according to quality requirements within budget;

• Advise during the calculation and/or preparation phase of projects;

• Schedule personnel, materials, and equipment;

• Coordinate with the work planner, project manager, and designer for a flawless project.
