The role

As an experienced lead site manager installation technology, you maintain the overview and manage subcontractors on our large and challenging projects. You know exactly what is needed to ensure daily operations run smoothly. From coordination with colleagues to monitoring quality, safety, and planning.

What you'll do

Every morning, you go through the day with subcontractors and your team. You ensure everyone knows what is expected of them and monitor that activities proceed according to planning and quality requirements. You translate the planning into concrete activities and ensure that equipment and materials are available on time. If there are deviations, you adjust immediately. Safety is your number one priority. Not a single day goes by without a focus on VCA regulations. Administration and reporting are also part of your task package. You record hours, equipment, and materials daily, and ensure all documentation is in order.

The projects consist of both electrotechnical and mechanical installations within building-related environments.
