As a Commissioning Project Leader, you will be part of a team of experienced Commissioning Engineers within high voltage. In this role, you form the connecting link between execution and management. You ensure that activities, projects, and improvement initiatives within the department are carried out in a structured, safe, and efficient manner.

In addition to operational coordination, you fulfill an important role as the functional manager of a team of Commissioning Engineers. You are visibly present within the department, stimulate collaboration, support employees in their development, and create the conditions under which the team can perform optimally. You know how to connect professionals, provide direction, and support them in both daily challenges and their further growth.

You are a sparring partner for both the team and the organization and know how to bring different interests together. In doing so, you do not steer so much on technical details, but on collaboration, progress, quality, capacity, and results. You work closely with Commissioning Engineers, project managers, engineers, and work planners, and ensure that expectations are clear and agreements are met.

Although you do not necessarily need to have a background in high voltage, you do possess sufficient technical knowledge and affinity to be a full-fledged conversation partner for experienced specialists. Thanks to your natural leadership, persuasiveness, and organizational sensitivity, you know how to create support and bring people along in changes and improvements.

Additionally, you identify risks and bottlenecks, initiate improvements, and contribute to a safe and high-quality execution of our activities. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and ensure that both people and projects can perform successfully.
