As a Service Commissioning Engineer, you will play an important role in realizing and maintaining the high-voltage infrastructure that is essential for industry, grid operators, renewable energy projects, and the energy grids of the future.
Based in Rotterdam, you will work directly with customers throughout the Netherlands. You are responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-voltage transformers and substation equipment. In this independent, field-oriented role, you contribute directly to a safe and reliable energy supply.
Commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining high-voltage transformers and electrical systems.
Performing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and fault analysis on transformer and substation equipment.
Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting electrical and control systems, including protection relays and medium-voltage installations.
Providing customers with technical advice and support, with a strong focus on quality and service.
Collaborating with engineering and service teams to further improve product reliability and performance.
Preparing service and commissioning reports according to applicable company standards.
Ensuring that all activities comply with Hitachi Energy's safety standards and applicable laws and regulations.
