Project Administration Assistant

You ensure that projects are financially and administratively correct. In doing so, you provide insight and control to project teams and management.

You maintain an overview, are proactive, and see opportunities to make processes smarter.

• You manage and monitor project administration
• You provide support with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• You handle invoicing and monitor costs and commitments
• You identify deviations and initiate actions
• You process and check time registrations
• You provide support with more complex bookings and corrections
• You are the point of contact for project administration questions
