The role

As a junior Support Specialist, you will be involved in maintaining and implementing data solutions within various branches. Think of Healthcare, Retail, Industry, Education, and Business Services. You will work in a Services & Support team with colleagues where we (pro)actively help our customers with complex issues.

We are looking for a junior support specialist / data engineer with a drive to learn independently and gain knowledge of data solutions (mainly Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, TimeXtender). Experience with Python and SQL is a plus. As a support specialist, you will often be the first point of contact for customers with their data-related issues. These issues come in via our customer portal, by telephone, or by email. It is therefore important that you actively contribute to the maintenance and optimization of this support process. Proactively thinking along about improvements is also always appreciated. Keeping up with developments in the market is an absolute must. You will be given sufficient time for this, and we also organize periodic inspiration sessions.

How you'll work

Your work location depends on your schedule and place of residence. The locations of our business units are in Groningen and Eindhoven. We work in the office or comfortably from home. This gives you space and flexibility. You will be part of a self-managing team of BI professionals and you will work together with various project teams.
