HR Business Partner in the Netherlands

• Employment contract: indefinite period for 24 to 32 hours per week
• Salary: € 4,500 to € 5,700 gross per month on a full-time basis (based on your background and experience).

In this role, you will help a growing Business Unit develop further and ensure that people, teams, and the organization can grow along with the ambitions of tomorrow. You connect HR to everyday practice: from recruitment and onboarding to team development, leadership, and organizational development.

As an HR Business Partner at Omexom in Apeldoorn, you play an important role in translating strategic ambitions into a clear, multi-year HR plan. You work independently, have a clear voice within the Business Unit's management team, and maintain an overview of everything related to people, teams, and organizational development. You ask sharp questions, join discussions where necessary, and ensure that HR aligns with practice.

In the team in Apeldoorn, you are the one who speaks with employees, picks up on signals, and immediately sees where opportunities or bottlenecks arise. You support managers with various HR issues, help teams progress, and ensure that everyone knows where they stand. You are visible, approachable, and you know exactly what is happening: on the shop floor and within the organization. Furthermore, you actively contribute to a positive and pleasant working environment.

• You manage the entire HR process, from recruitment to onboarding and development
• You initiate projects that contribute to the professionalization and growth of the Business Unit
• You strengthen engagement and collaboration within teams
• You coach employees and managers
• You monitor absenteeism files and guide managers in this process
• You smoothly align HR policy, labor law, and HR legislation with practice.

• You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel & Labor, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or another relevant field in the area of people and organization.
