• A completed HBO or WO degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field;
• A few years of experience as an HR Business partner, HR advisor, or similar role.
• Experience with HR systems and strong Excel skills. Proficiency in Shiftbase and NMBRS is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR regulations, labor law, absenteeism, recruitment, and HR processes.
• Strong communicator, proactive, and pragmatic.

As an HR Business partner, you are the strategic and operational sparring partner for the board, sales leaders, and branch managers. You translate Blokker's ambitions into a future-proof HR policy and ensure that our organization is ready for further growth. You develop and implement HR policy on topics such as performance management, talent development, onboarding, recruitment, and employer branding. Additionally, you build a strong training and development program and ensure that managers possess the right HR tools to successfully guide their teams. You are also responsible for the full recruitment process, maintain relationships with external partners and educational institutions, and work continuously on strengthening our position in the labor market. Alongside this strategic role, you maintain oversight of daily HR processes. You advise managers on inflow, internal movement, outflow, performance, absenteeism, and labor law issues. You monitor the quality of our HR administration, analyze HR data, and translate insights into concrete improvements. In this way, you make a direct contribution to the further professionalization of Blokker. Blokker is in full development.
