We are looking for an ERP (Exact) & AI Consultant: someone who helps customers with smart ERP solutions and takes a pioneering role within our organization in the field of AI. Someone who translates developments into concrete applications for customers, knows & recognizes the risks of AI in combination with ERP, inspires colleagues, and ensures that we stay ahead in a constantly changing market.

Your mission is to make organizations work smarter by combining the power of ERP and AI.

You guide customers in optimizing their business processes with Exact software and simultaneously investigate how AI technologies can contribute to greater efficiency, better decision-making, and further automation (but also which risks this entails). Additionally, you will take on an important internal role as a trailblazer in the field of AI. You follow market developments, identify opportunities, and help our organization and customers move forward with innovative applications within the Exact ecosystem, including the use of MCP within AI.

Your responsibilities

• Translating customer issues into smart ERP and AI solutions;
• Advising on process optimization, digitalization, and automation;
• Implementing and configuring Exact solutions such as Exact Synergy, Exact Globe+;
• Researching, developing, and introducing AI applications within our services;
• Acting as a knowledge leader and sparring partner for colleagues in the field of AI and innovation;
• Following market developments and translating new possibilities into concrete propositions;
• Monitoring quality and customer satisfaction during projects;
• Providing knowledge sharing, workshops, and inspiration sessions for both customers and colleagues;
• Transferring solutions to our management and service organization.

*We realize that AI expertise is scarce. Therefore, this vacancy is also open to professionals who may not yet possess all the Exact knowledge, but who do have demonstrable experience with AI solutions, process automation, and digital innovation. We are happy to teach you Exact.
