The role

In the constantly changing IT landscape, as an ERP Consultant Finance, you play a crucial role in translating financial business processes into smart ERP solutions for all Construction & Real Estate Development companies within VolkerWessels.

What you'll do

As an ERP Consultant Finance at VolkerWessels Bouw en Vastgoedontwikkeling ICT B.V., you will take financial business processes to a higher level by converting them into innovative ERP solutions. You have a sharp eye for improvements and work hands-on towards the continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 Business Central. You quickly understand the wishes and needs of end users, always putting technical teams, users, and customers first. With your customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills, you are an important partner for them, and you guide them decisively and persuasively through every step of the process. In doing so, you work with a vision-driven and future-oriented approach.

In this versatile role, you will be given all the space within the close-knit team to take initiatives and deploy your expertise broadly. There is active collaboration regarding your interests, so that you can develop in your role in the areas that appeal to you most and your smart solutions truly have an impact.

Additionally, as an ERP Consultant Finance, you will be involved in, among other things:

Designing, implementing, supporting, and testing Microsoft 365 Business Central;
Analyzing problems;
Thinking up practical solutions on an ad-hoc basis.

The BVGO-ICT team consists of one IT team leader, four consultants, one senior authorization consultant, and one portfolio manager. You report directly to the team leader, René de Visscher, and you work closely with your direct colleagues.
