The role

No two days are the same. One moment you are working on a strategic roadmap for an executive team, the next you are guiding a data platform transformation or helping a client deploy AI responsibly within their organization.

At KPMG, we are looking for a Manager AI & Data who knows how to connect business and technology. You don't need to be the expert in everything, but you understand how data, AI, analytics, and business processes come together to drive organizations forward.

You combine analytical ability with strong communication skills and enjoy bringing clients, colleagues, and technology partners together. Whether your background lies in data platforms, analytics, AI, architecture, or digital transformation: if you have the ambition to advise clients on strategic issues and help teams grow, we would love to meet you.

Success in this role is not just about technical knowledge. You are someone who knows how to connect people, sees opportunities, and gets energy from collaboration. You don't need to have all the answers, but you do know how to ask the right questions. You are analytically strong, pragmatic in your approach, and feel comfortable in an environment where technology, innovation, and business converge. Additionally, you actively contribute to our culture. You share knowledge, help colleagues progress, and enjoy being part of a close-knit and ambitious team.

You will join a close-knit team of professionals who enjoy building challenging client projects together as well as building each other up. We believe that the best results arise through collaboration, entrepreneurship, and enjoying what you do. You will see this reflected in our projects, but just as much during knowledge days, team outings, drinks, the hockey tournament, or the annual ski trip.

Here, you will get the space to develop yourself, shape new propositions, and make a visible impact at leading organizations together with your colleagues.

What you'll do

  • Helping clients shape and realize their data, analytics, and AI ambitions.
  • Advising on strategy, governance, operating models, and modern data and AI platforms.
  • Translating business challenges into pragmatic and future-proof solutions.
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams and complex change and implementation trajectories.
  • Contributing to business development, proposals, and the further expansion of our AI & Data practice.
  • Coaching colleagues and actively contributing to knowledge sharing and innovation.

Functie-eisen

We are not looking for an all-rounder who masters every subject in detail. Above all, we are looking for talented professionals who are curious, love to learn, and get energy from connecting business and technology.

  • Experience managing teams, projects, or workflows.
