What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of work experience.
Educational background: At least a completed Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of and experience with ERP software packages such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
Affinity with developing professionals.
Experience with training and developing training materials is a plus.
Experience with digital learning solutions (e.g., aNewSpring, Storyline) is a plus.
Experience with SAP Enable Now is a plus.
Knowledge of the application of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) such as Cornerstone/EdCast, Degreed
Experience as a consultant within client environments is a plus.
Experience with project management is a plus.
Affinity with IT.
You possess the competencies: Performing under pressure, adaptability, customer orientation.
Proficient in English.
Dutch speaking.

Languages

Please be aware, a minimum of B2 level Dutch is required for this vacancy.

The role

A large portion of our ERP projects are implementation projects. In these projects, as an ERP Learning Consultant, you are responsible for designing training materials and providing and coordinating training for new software packages, supported by a tool to create simulations of system activities.

What you'll do

As an ERP Learning Consultant, you will ensure:

The design and development of courses and training for the implementation processes of ERP software such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
Advising on, designing, and coordinating the development of (digital) learning solutions to realize an optimal learning experience for employees.
Advising on the application of competency management to develop the workforce for now and the future.
Advising on and designing retraining and upskilling programs to close the gap between current and desired skills.
Guiding the process to place the learning solutions in the required (technical) learning environment.
Supporting our sales team in conducting client meetings and preparing quotes (including budgeting).
Development and implementation of innovative didactic methods.
Further development of our (internal and external) products and services.
Collaboration with our marketing team to strengthen Capgemini Academy as a brand in the market.
