In your role as Employer Branding Coordinator, you are the pivot between Omexom's Business Units in South-West Netherlands in the field of employer branding communication. You will visit the various locations in Goes, Dordrecht, and 's-Hertogenbosch because that is where you hear what our colleagues are doing on our projects. This is, after all, where you find the real story we want to tell. Here, you gather all the valuable information from your colleagues and, together with the Brand Manager and HR Manager, create an action plan to support the Business Units as effectively as possible. You put Omexom on the map and attract young talent by expanding and maintaining contacts at various schools in the area. Additionally, you will have a coordinating role during trade fairs and events.

You ensure vacancies land perfectly with the right candidates. You ensure a degree of brand awareness and know how to translate this into qualified leads for our HR Business Partners. You do this by letting your colleagues shine through the use of videos, interviews, and news items. With the catchy vacancy texts you write, you know exactly how to reach the target group. Together with the Marketing Communication Specialists, you manage our social media accounts regarding Employer Branding communication. You share (paid) content strategically here to increase our brand awareness.
