The role

During this internship, you will work on diverse projects through which we communicate our employment conditions, training opportunities, and our employer brand in a creative and effective way. You will look behind the scenes at a leading company and make a concrete contribution to the visibility of KPN as an employer. Additionally, you will get the chance to gain experience in internal communication, employer branding, content creation, campaign development, and the use of AI within communication.

What you'll do

A glimpse of your activities:

You create creative content for social media, newsletters, the careers site, and the intranet. You write, edit, and create persuasive texts and copy that fit the KPN brand identity;
You devise, create, and edit (video) content for internal and external communication channels and experiment with different media formats such as testimonials, blogs, and interviews;
You think along with and help in the execution of campaigns surrounding employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and labor market positioning;
You help maintain and improve the KPN careers website;
You organize and attend (internal and external) events, work together with various departments, and ensure that all communication expressions are in line with the KPN brand style.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious student who:

Has a passion for communication and an interest in employer branding;
Is creative and enjoys creating (substantive) content (video, text, visuals);
Is curious about and interested in the use of AI for communication
Is proactive, independent, and a strong communicator;
Feels comfortable approaching colleagues and taking on projects;
Has a good command of both Dutch and English;
Is available as of February 2027
