Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum HBO/WO (Higher Professional/Academic) working and thinking level.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, Implementation Manager, Organization/Change Manager, or similar.
Extensive experience with process management, service management, chain management, or similar change trajectories within large and complex organizations.
Experience within an Agile working environment.
Knowledge of governance, process ownership, performance management, and continuous improvement.
Experience in coaching process owners and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work across the organization and bring diverse interests together.
Strong analytical ability combined with a pragmatic hands-on approach.
Able to translate complex issues into concrete choices, agreements, and improvement actions.
Learns new subject matter quickly and knows how to apply it effectively.
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

Experience with journey management solutions is a plus.
Experience with ARIS, Confluence, and similar process and journey management tools is a plus.
Experience with developing and implementing new ways of working, operating models, or capabilities.

What you'll do

For a large, complex organization, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Change Manager to help further develop and professionalize Process and Service Management. In this assignment, you will work on establishing a manageable and sustainable way of working for cross-domain service processes. You will combine organizational development with process and chain management and ensure that governance, ownership, and performance management are not only designed but also actually work in practice. You will work closely with process owners, product managers, and multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve service processes and customer chains.

Responsibilities

Building the approach and way of working for Process and Service Management.
Supporting process and service owners in further developing ownership and management.
Helping to make roles, responsibilities, mandates, and decision-making clear and functional.
Making the maturity of processes visible and advising on next steps.
Setting up structural management of performance, bottlenecks, and improvements.
Supporting the building and management of improvement backlogs.
Connecting stakeholders around cross-domain processes and resolving bottlenecks in the areas of ownership, governance, and collaboration.
Linking customer insights, process performance, and improvement actions to improve end-to-end service delivery.
Further developing the approach based on practical experiences.
Safeguarding knowledge, ways of working, and governance so that the capability is sustainably anchored within the organization.
Taking responsibility for the functioning and development of end-to-end processes without hierarchical management.
