What will you do as a High Speed Balancer?

As a Balancer, you ensure that turbines and compressors are perfectly balanced before they go back to the customer. You are involved in the entire process: from receipt and inspection to the actual balancing and preparing rotors for shipment. You work accurately, think along about the best approach, and see the direct result of your work.

• You inspect and assess incoming turbines and compressors
• You prepare work activities and think along about the tooling
• You balance rotors at high speeds using an advanced balancing machine
• You analyze measurement results and make adjustments where necessary

You work in a small team of specialists where technology is central. In doing so, you regularly coordinate with colleagues from, among others, project management, sales, and planning. Together, you ensure that customers can count on a reliable end product.

You find it rewarding when technology is correct. You work accurately, think ahead, and take responsibility for your work. Experience with balancing is not required; we are happy to teach you the trade. However, it is important that you have technical insight and enjoy working with technology.
