Therefore, for full-time employment, we offer you:

• A one-year contract with a one-month probationary period and the prospect of a permanent employment agreement upon good performance, based on 40 hours per week.
• A salary in scale 5: € 3499 to € 5627 per month with 8% holiday allowance and 6% year-end bonus.

Keeping the Netherlands running, that is our mission. As a Technician Transmission Lines, you ensure that the electricity grid remains future-proof. Together with your team, you work on maintaining, operating, and optimizing high-voltage connections and solving faults quickly and effectively. You ensure the reliability and availability of technical systems, installations, and infrastructure, so that these continue to function safely and optimally. Additionally, you provide practical technical support and work closely with internal and external parties to solve operational issues. In doing so, you always act according to the applicable safety standards and protocols. In this way, you make an important contribution every day to a stable, reliable, and sustainable energy system.

How do you keep the Netherlands running? As a Technician Transmission Lines, you are responsible for maintaining and operating systems, installations, and/or infrastructure to guarantee optimal functionality and safety. You work closely with involved external parties and you perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment, so that the Netherlands can continue to rely on reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy. You will be working in the South Maintain Connections team in the South region, consisting of 22 colleagues (supervisors, technicians/inspectors, a work preparer, and a planner).

Additionally, you are responsible for, among other things:

• You operate, install, configure, and modify equipment and systems according to technical processes, instructions, diagrams, and manuals.
• You detect technical problems in a timely manner, analyze the root cause, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• You work according to established standards during the implementation of technical systems, installations, and infrastructure and when solving faults, so that the needs of the organization are met.
• You keep data regarding maintenance, repairs, and system configurations accurately, so that documentation and compliance reports are always up to date.
• You work together with colleagues and external parties to perform technical activities safely and efficiently, while adhering to safety protocols and minimizing risks.
