Senior Inside Sales Representative

The role

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you coordinate and guide commercial processes from the initial customer inquiry to the handover to execution. You ensure that tasks align well and that all stakeholders know what is expected of them. In doing so, you work closely with account managers, customers, and internal departments. You take responsibility, think ahead, and ensure that commercial processes run smoothly and professionally.

• Coordinating and guiding commercial processes from inquiry to order.
• Preparing, processing, and following up on quotations.
• Maintaining customer contact throughout the sales process.
• Monitoring progress, priorities, deadlines, and action items within ongoing processes.
• Aligning with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure tasks align well.
• Checking calculations, technical descriptions, and drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Supporting account managers with customer inquiries and throughout projects.
• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to good cooperation between involved departments.
• Ensuring correct and accurate administration in the designated systems.
