Requirements
What we're looking for
- You possess an MBO/HBO diploma in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, technical business administration, or equivalent.
- You have experience with Quality Management Systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
- You have knowledge of Quality Tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, Lean Six Sigma.
- You have experience in managing activities and employees from different departments.
- You have knowledge of sheet metal processing, welding, and assembly processes.
- You are analytical and are a communicative, strong, and proactive team player.
- You are pragmatic with a hands-on mentality.
- You have good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written. Knowledge of the German language is a plus.

As a Quality Engineer in the quality department, you are involved from an early stage in the startup of new projects and the development of new products. You are responsible for proactively initiating, preparing, and executing activities to ensure and improve product quality. You work closely with colleagues from engineering, purchasing, sales, and production. You also consult with customers and suppliers regarding delivered quality and complaint handling.
