Working Team Leader Assembly | Makkum

For this position, we are looking for someone who has experience in piping, installation technology, or plumbing and is eager to take on more responsibility.

• Mbo+ work and thinking level is a plus, but not a requirement;
• Experience in plumbing, piping, installation technology, shipbuilding, or similar technical fields;
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering systems;
• Experience reading technical drawings and diagrams;
• Experience guiding colleagues OR the ambition to grow into this role;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience with hydraulics, working air, or Hi-Fog is useful, but not a requirement.

• A salary between € 2,900 and € 4,000 gross per month (full-time), depending on your experience and knowledge level;
• A full-time job of 40 hours per week within a historic family business;
• 40 days off per year (27 vacation days and 13 ATV);
• Net travel allowance of € 0.25 per kilometer;

• Assisting in assembly, installation, and piping activities in the workshop and onboard;
• Directing, guiding, and supporting colleagues within the team;
• Installing and assembling piping systems and technical installations;
• Monitoring the quality, progress, and planning of activities;
• Coordinating activities with other disciplines onboard;
• Identifying bottlenecks and taking action where necessary;
• Ensuring a safe, organized, and tidy working environment;
• Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues within the team.
