The role

As a Quality Technician, you are responsible for monitoring, ensuring, and improving quality within our organization. You work closely with colleagues from production, engineering, and other departments to prevent deviations and continuously improve processes.

In this role, you are regularly present on the shop floor. You address colleagues regarding quality deviations, provide advice, and propose solutions. This requires a strong personality, good communication skills, and the ability to form a well-founded judgment based on facts. Even when that is not always the answer someone wants to hear. No two days are the same. One day you are busy with inspections and releases on the production floor, while the next day you are analyzing quality data or working together with colleagues on an improvement project.

Furthermore, you will be involved in:

• Performing quality controls and releases within the production process
• Performing measurements and inspections on products and components
• Registering, analyzing, and reporting quality data
• Performing data analyses and monitoring trends via dashboards
• Identifying bottlenecks and initiating improvement actions
• Investigating deviations and supporting the resolution of deviations
• Advising production and other departments on quality requirements
• Participating in meetings and contributing to structural process improvements
• Supporting compliance with quality and ISO standards.

You are curious, critical, and dare to give a clear judgment based on facts. You enjoy switching between different departments and are not afraid to address colleagues when quality demands it.
