What we're looking for

You possess a HBO or WO degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field;
You are a strong communicator and proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
You have an affinity with the high-tech manufacturing industry and are motivated to develop yourself within project management;
You possess strong communication skills and a great sense of responsibility;
You are stress-resistant, analytical, and work in a structured and planned manner;
You are a starter or have a few years of experience in a technical role.

The role

As a Junior Project Leader, you will be trained to eventually take leadership of a multidisciplinary project team. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, knowledge partners, internal departments, and other external stakeholders. Within VDL Industrial Modules, project management is central; you will report weekly to your supervisor regarding progress and results. Your responsibilities:

What you'll do

You are responsible for one or more projects and/or customers;
Together with the QLTC team, you will draw up the Project Plan and report on this internally and to the customer;
You will monitor planning, budget, and costs within your NPI projects;
You will coordinate and control the execution of all technical, financial, logistical, and qualitative (QLTC) aspects;
Throughout the entire process, you will maintain intensive contact with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress;
You will take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and guide the project from start to delivery.
