Facility Project & Maintenance Coördinator

What will you do?

The focus of this position lies on the management, maintenance, and further development of our buildings and facility services. You will combine maintenance coordination with project management and supplier management. In doing so, you ensure that activities are carried out efficiently and that our locations remain safe, representative, and operational.

• Coordinating management, maintenance, and repairs to buildings and facility services;
• Drafting and monitoring maintenance plans;
• Guiding small construction projects from request to completion;
• Requesting and evaluating quotes and monitoring planning, budget, quality, and progress;
• Directing and guiding external suppliers and contractors;
• Organizing and coordinating statutory inspections and tests;
• Analyzing maintenance, inspection, and validation reports and translating them into improvement actions;
• Managing materials, resources, and administrative processes to support maintenance and project activities;
• Acting as the backup manager for fire and intruder alarm systems;
• Supporting colleagues within the Facility & Maintenance team.

Your strength

You are organizationally strong, maintain an overview, and know how to coordinate various activities simultaneously. In doing so, you communicate pleasantly with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors and ensure professional follow-up of agreements and actions. You also bring:

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment;

Basic knowledge of, or affinity with, electrical and mechanical installations;

Basic project management skills;

Good command of the Dutch language, communication skills in speech and writing;

Command of the English language;

Experience within a cleanroom environment and basic knowledge of the German language are a plus.
