The role

You assemble (fine) mechanical products in a cleanroom environment according to established procedures and quality standards. In doing so, you work strictly according to work instructions and cleanroom guidelines and perform checks and visual inspections to ensure quality. Peripheral tasks, such as cleaning and packaging products according to specification, may also be included here. During your activities, you signal deviations and take responsibility for ensuring the quality of the final product.

You are an experienced assembly worker who is used to working accurately and according to instructions, and who has experience but certainly also an affinity for practical technology. You enjoy working with your hands and recognize yourself in interest areas such as tinkering, DIY, model building, or working with small machines such as lathes or milling machines. Technical manual work suits you well and you derive satisfaction from the accurate assembly of products.

A position in which you can directly apply your experience and deepen it further within a technical cleanroom environment. The work environment consists of a compact team of approximately 15 colleagues. The atmosphere is informal, but at the same time task-oriented and focused on meeting the schedule. This schedule can vary, making flexibility in tasks and commitment important. Start times are between 06:30 and 09:00. VDL MPC in Amersfoort focuses on assembly for the high-tech industry. Within the cleanroom, products are assembled where accuracy and process discipline are essential. The working atmosphere is good and the focus is on delivering constant quality.
