The logistical activities of Eurofins are housed within Eurofins OSO Benelux BV. (Off-Site Operations). OSO performs logistical services for all Eurofins laboratories (Environment, Food, Pharma, Agro) in the Benelux.

For our production environment, we are looking for a:

In the role of Project Office Clerk, you are responsible for registering incoming orders and samples and checking them for accuracy and completeness. In doing so, you check for deviations and resolve problems yourself or escalate them to the Senior Clerk. Subsequently, you release the samples and ensure that, in the event of outsourcing, they are made ready for shipment.

Subsequently, you process the results of the outsourced samples correctly in the system and search for re-analyses.

When?  The minimum number of days you must be available is 4. Availability on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday is a must. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
