Requirements
What we're looking for
- You have a technical background and experience in assembly work.
- You can read complex drawings and convert them into practical solutions.
- You are able to give instructions and guide others in their work.
- You have knowledge of company rules, quality procedures, and environmental and safety regulations.
- You are proficient in the Dutch and English and/or German language, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Experience operating hoists and cranes is a plus.

The role
What will you do?
As an Allround Assembly Worker, you are the linchpin of our team. You perform various assembly tasks across different segments and take the lead on more complex technical assignments. You focus not only on assembling semi-finished products into (components of) units, but also on the damage-free disassembly and renovation of units. You work with (complex) technical drawings and translate these into practice.
What you'll do
- You assemble and renovate units according to applicable guidelines and instructions, ensuring the highest quality.
- You focus on the more complex technical tasks.
- You have an instructional role within the team and assist colleagues with their activities.
- You read technical drawings and translate them into practical steps, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the shop floor.
- You think proactively about optimizations in our assembly process and contribute ideas for improvements.
