As a Senior Allround Employee, you are in the middle of the operational process of the e-fulfillment center (EFC). Every day requires creative solutions. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that we can deliver the best online grocery orders to Jumbo customers every day.

As a Senior Allround Employee, you maintain continuous control over the process
You focus on a specific sub-process within the EFC. You participate in this process. Additionally, you distribute the tasks together with your team leader. Together with your team leader, you make choices to ensure that we can deliver to our customers on time and with the correct quality. You maintain an overview of the progress of the process and coordinate with colleagues from other departments where necessary. You discuss any deviations in progress with your team leader. You help your colleagues who have questions about the work. You motivate your colleagues so that they realize the best for our customer with pleasure every day.

You do this in one of the fastest-growing environments within our organization, namely in the world of online orders. In Jumbo's e-commerce warehouse, all groceries ordered by our customers are collected in grocery crates. We sometimes call this environment Jumbo's largest supermarket. Because of you, our customers can continue to do their best grocery shopping online with us.

Without your work, the groceries cannot go out. You work in our warehouse. You love variety, where you partly work in the process and partly maintain an overview of the progress. You love to come up with solutions for unexpected events. You take safe working into account and adjust and coordinate when necessary. And in addition:

• you have demonstrable work experience in a similar role
• you are available 32-40 hours per week
• you are willing to work in different shifts and also on weekends

If you work at Jumbo via a temporary employment agency, we expect you to be willing to become an employee of Jumbo on short notice. This means that you must have your own living space at that time.

• A salary between €2,680 and €3,210 gross per month (at Jumbo, we pay every 4 weeks)
