Service Support Employee

As a Service Support Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You take fault reports by telephone, process them administratively in the system, and ensure that customers are helped quickly and effectively. Thanks to your service-oriented attitude and organizational skills, you provide calm and oversight within our service department.

Although technical knowledge is not a requirement, an affinity with technology helps you to better understand customers and quickly gather the right information. In this role, you form an important link between customers, technicians, and the organization.

• Taking fault reports and customer inquiries by telephone;

• Administratively processing fault reports in Syntess;

• Scheduling appointments for maintenance and faults;

• Connecting customers to the correct colleagues;

• Gathering relevant information to assist customers further;

• Actively participating in team meetings.

You will work primarily from our office in Yerseke and will have a lot of contact with customers, colleagues, and technicians. No two days are the same, and it is precisely that variety that makes this position so much fun.
