For 36 hours per week Eurofins Agro Testing Wageningen is looking for a Customer Support Assistant with a focus on Order Entry.

The Customer Support department is responsible for customer contact, performing sales support activities, managing orders, and supporting the financial administration. This is for both the national and international markets. Your duties include:

• Entering order data;
• Due to the reduction of entry work in the long term, additional tasks relating to customer contact will be added in the future:
  • First point of contact for customers via telephone and email;
  • Independently answering customer questions. If you do not know the answer you will coordinate with colleagues from your team. You are only satisfied when the customer is satisfied;

• A completed MBO+ level education
• Excellent communication skills;
• A high degree of accuracy;
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude;
• Customer- and result-oriented;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• A good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• Knowledge of the agricultural/greenhouse/laboratory sector is a plus.

• Based on education and/or experience, a suitable salary of at least € 2958,- and a maximum of € 3440,- gross per month based on full-time employment;
• An appointment for 36 hours per week;
