⚡ What are you going to do?

As a project leader, you are ultimately responsible for one or more installation projects, from preparation to delivery. You ensure that buildings, houses, schools, and companies:

• stay warm 🔥

• become energy efficient 🌱

• are ready for the future ⚙️

You are responsible for:

• managing project teams (work preparation, technicians, engineers)

• monitoring planning, budget, quality, and safety

• maintaining contact with clients and partners

• identifying and controlling risks as well as extra and reduced work

• ensuring a smooth handover and successful delivery

You work largely with your head, but you always have a feeling for practice and execution.

• You have experience in installation technology and project-based working

• You maintain an overview and know how to set priorities

• You communicate clearly with both the client and the team

• You take responsibility and dare to make decisions

• You enjoy working in a team where atmosphere and results go hand in hand
