The role

Want to lead the way in installation projects, just like Jeroen and Benjamin? Are you an experienced technician who loves to take the lead on-site and takes pride in well-organized work? Then become a head installation technician at one of our +100 installation companies in your region!

What you'll do

As a lead technician, you are the linchpin on the work floor. You roll up your sleeves yourself, but also maintain the overview. You ensure that installation work proceeds smoothly, safely, and according to schedule. Together with your team, you ensure that buildings, houses, schools, and companies:

• stay warm 🔥

• become energy-efficient 🌱

• are ready for the future ⚙️

You are responsible for

• directing and supervising technicians and apprentice technicians

• distributing and coordinating activities on the construction site

• monitoring quality, safety, and planning

• coordinating with project management and other disciplines

• contributing to, among others, heating, heat pumps, ventilation, air conditioning, and sustainable installations

• No two days are the same. You combine craftsmanship with leadership.
