As a Mortgage Advisor, you guide our customers through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. You provide expert advice, sharp deals, and a smooth process from the first conversation to the signing of the deed. In doing so, you combine customer orientation, commercial insight, and financial expertise. Your duties include:

• Conducting informative and advisory conversations with customers;

• Performing financial analyses and calculations for mortgage proposals;

• Preparing and providing quotes based on customer information;

• Achieving sales and turnover objectives;

• Maintaining and expanding relationships with banks and mortgage lenders;

• Negotiating favorable terms and current interest rates;

• Guiding customers throughout the entire mortgage process;

• Accurately maintaining files and monitoring deadlines;

• Ensuring complete, correct documentation in accordance with laws and regulations.

You are an experienced advisor and know how exciting buying a home can be; you take your customers through it step by step. You switch effortlessly between numbers and people. You are socially and communicatively strong, work meticulously, and flawlessly sense what a customer needs. At the same time, you always keep the business and financial interests sharply in view. You are reliable, integrous, and accustomed to carrying responsibility.

And furthermore, you bring: 

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking;

• Work experience is a plus;
