For this vacancy, we are looking for someone with relevant work experience and the interest to grow. As a building inspector, you will become a member of the Sustainability and Technology team. You will perform inspections aimed at drafting MJOPs (Multi-Year Maintenance Plans) for residential buildings and apartment complexes. The results of these inspections are processed into various reports in collaboration with the team, using O-prognose and VABI. These reports enable the Association of Owners (VvE) to determine its policy regarding future planned maintenance and sustainability initiatives for the building. From this role, it is possible to grow in the future into an EPA: energy performance advisor, and then potentially draft customized advice.

• Drafting MJOPs according to the NEN 2767 standard;

• Current knowledge of building technical inspections and reports;

• The periodic revision of the existing multi-year budget for planned maintenance.

• Mbo level of work and thinking;

• Experience in a technical position and proficiency in interpreting construction drawings;

• Experience with drafting MJOPs according to the NEN 2767;

• Good organizational skills to plan and manage your own activities.

• Knowledge of the software program O-Prognose is a plus.
