• A completed university degree (WO) in a financial-economic direction
• Extensive experience within accountancy or advisory practice
• A strong and relevant network within the SME sector in the Eindhoven region

• Strong commercial drive and advisory skills at a senior level
• An entrepreneurial and connecting profile (preferably red/yellow)

For the further growth of Newtone in the Eindhoven, Waalwijk, Den Bosch region, we are looking for an Associate Partner SME: a generalist advisor and entrepreneur with a strong network in the Brabant market.

As Associate Partner SME, you are the face of Newtone for entrepreneurs in the Eindhoven region. You operate at a strategic level and act as a sparring partner for SME entrepreneurs. Whether your background lies in audit, compilation, or tax: you understand the dynamics of entrepreneurship and know how to effortlessly connect expertise, commerce, and collaboration.

You actively contribute to the growth of Newtone by:

• Commercial leadership: you identify opportunities, build new relationships, and deepen existing client relationships.
• Strategic advisory: you think ahead, translate developments into concrete solutions, and advise entrepreneurs at a senior level.
• Cross-sell & collaboration: you connect disciplines within Newtone and utilize our broad range of services integrally for clients.
• Regional visibility: you are visible and active in the SME network of the Eindhoven region.

We are looking for an experienced SME advisor with seniority, entrepreneurship, and a proven position in the regional market. You are a generalist with an overview, who gets energy from building, connecting, and making an impact.
