• Salary: between € 3,107 and € 8,233 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

Your added value as an accountancy advisor? It lies in guiding our Agri & Food clients. You provide insight into the figures, advise on business operations, and identify opportunities. To provide optimal support to clients, you work together with various specialists within aaff.

• Managing your own client portfolio, consisting of agricultural companies.

• Preparing and discussing annual accounts and interim figures.

• Identifying opportunities and points for improvement in the business operations of clients.

• Collaborating with colleagues such as tax advisors, legal experts, and other specialists to provide optimal support to clients.

• Contributing to process improvements within your team and the organization.

Many of your clients are active in rapidly changing agricultural sectors such as arable farming, dairy, poultry, pig, and horse farming. For them, you are the fixed point of contact who supports them in their business operations. You prepare and discuss annual accounts, guide clients through financial issues, and identify opportunities for improvement. Together with your colleagues, you strive for optimal service and valuable client relationships.
