Service Agent (part-time)

• Gross €15.75 per hour excluding holiday allowance (8%) and holiday time compensation (11.11%). This is paid out to you monthly with a flexible contract;

As a Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers and thus the visiting card of Vandebron. Via various channels (email, telephone and/or social media), you speak with our customers and help them with their questions about, for example, the breakdown of an invoice, their energy contract, a move, or an investment in, for example, solar panels. You speak to these customers in a sympathetic and natural manner. You understand the customer's problem by listening well and seek a solution that aligns with the Effortless Experience. By working together with a young and sociable team to inform and inspire our customers about their positive contribution to the energy transition, you know how to bind customers to us for longer periods!

Who are we looking for?

• Providing service and helping others is second nature to you;

• You are sensitive and can switch gears quickly;

• You have an assertive and empathetic attitude;

• You like to think along with customers and advise proactively in the field of sustainability (think of advising customers to make their homes more sustainable);

• You have a critical eye and a solution-oriented attitude;

• You are available 24 hours and, by exception, at least 16 hours (shifts of 4 or 8 hours, with various start times throughout the day).
