Customer Service Agent Intern

For our Customer Service Agent department, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent Intern starting in February 2027.

An internship position within the Customer Service Agent department of a successful, fast-growing tour operator, airline, and hotel chain. How varied and dynamic do you want it to be?! We are looking for an intern to become part of our professional team for approximately five months. You will get every opportunity to gain plenty of practical experience in all the operational matters a tour operator deals with. Your role

As a Customer Service Agent, you are customer-friendly and service-oriented, you provide advice, you answer questions, and you make changes to bookings. You try to help every customer as best as possible in a personal and proactive way. In addition to contact with the customer, you will also regularly have various travel agencies on the phone. You can be deployed both via telephone and via chat to help the customer as optimally as possible. You do this, among other things, by staying up to date with our diverse and continuously changing holiday offerings. It may also be that you are deployed for the lines coming in via Corendon Belgium.

• You have strong communication skills so that you can assist the customer as well as possible;

• You are enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and have a problem-solving attitude;

• You possess persuasiveness, independence, and flexibility;

• You can express yourself well in Dutch, both on the phone and in writing;

• If you also speak and write English, that is a plus for us.
