Are you customer-oriented, a strong communicator, and do you love organizing? Then this is your chance! As a service advisor at Volvo Amsterdam, you are the first point of contact for customers coming in for maintenance or service. You ensure a warm welcome, think along with the customer, and maintain an overview of the workshop planning.

• Receiving and advising customers;

• Scheduling workshop appointments;

• Coordinating activities in the workshop;

• Creating and processing work orders;

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints;

• Discussing invoices and explaining performed work.

You switch easily between customer contact and administration. Even during busy moments, you remain friendly and work in an organized manner. You enjoy working in a team and go that extra mile for the customer.
