Customer Service Agent

As a customer service agent at SimpledCard, you are the voice of the company towards our customers. You answer all their questions kindly and patiently via telephone, chat, and email. With your positive attitude, you ensure that our customers are helped and can move forward with a good feeling. 

What does SimpledCard do

Simpled Card ensures that business expenses are managed smoothly. With our payment cards and software, companies can view transactions in real-time and process expenses with ease. Our head office is located in a beautiful location in the Haarlemmerstraat, a 10-minute walk from the central station. You will work together with an ambitious and friendly team of about 40 employees spread across 4 different countries.

Requirements
What do we expect from a Customer Service Agent? 

• You are a friendly and professional interlocutor. 
• You enjoy working from our office, in the beautiful Posthoornkerk
• You think in a customer- and solution-oriented manner. 
• You have at least HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level. 
• You are available for at least 16 hours per week.
• You write and speak fluent Dutch and good English. 
• Can you also speak a little German? Wonderful! This is a plus, but not necessary. 
• Do you have some knowledge of accounting or experience in financial services? This is a plus, but not necessary.
