You are flexible and can prioritise, as sometimes you have to switch from preparing lunch for 120+ colleagues, to welcoming a colleagues appointment. 

You have a proactive mindset and are able to work independently.

You value clear and direct communication.

As you’re in the heart of a mission driven organisation, you act as a true Vandebron ambassador.

You’re available 2-4 days a week. Half days are possible, but not common. Working from home isn’t possible within this role.

€15,75 gross, ex. 8% holiday allowance and holiday compensation (11,54%) which will be paid out on a monthly basis.

You are also the person who encourages colleagues to keep their workspaces spick and span.

With your eye for detail, you ensure that the office environment looks neat and sharp. Whether it is the café or a meeting room, thanks to you, it is tip-top.

As the face of Vandebron, you are the first point of contact who warmly receives visitors and shows them the way.

You order and process orders, ensure that all incoming and outgoing mail is neatly processed, ensure the laundry is clean and folded, and dare to think along about the menu of the week!
