Junior Assistant Controller

As a Junior Assistant Controller, you are responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial administration. You support senior employees with complex financial analyses and with the delivery of interim reports and the compilation of simple interim reports. You enjoy thinking along, and you like to ask how and why questions to find out where things can be improved and made more efficient.

A glimpse of your tasks:

• You process financial transactions;

• You ensure a correct fiscal processing method that complies with relevant laws and regulations;

• You provide support with periodic reporting, such as the monthly closing;

• You contribute to the digitalization, automation, and optimization of administrative processes.

You possess decisive, analytical, and learning abilities. You are critical, communicative, involved, accurate, and proactive. During busy periods, you keep your cool. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and sharing information to achieve collective goals.

Furthermore, we ask:

• You have at least a completed AD degree in Finance;

• You have an affinity for innovation;

• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience;

• You enjoy thinking along about what can be improved.
