International Accountancy Associate

In this role, you will work together with a multidisciplinary team for international clients. You will be involved in preparing annual accounts, providing advice on financial strategy, and guiding clients with head offices abroad. You will work with international structures, multiple currencies, and diverse reporting standards. Additionally, you will regularly coordinate with foreign stakeholders and partners within international networks. You are not only an expert in numbers, but also in online collaboration and understanding international business operations.

A glimpse of your tasks:

• You prepare complex annual accounts for international clients and group structures;

• You advise on, among other things, financial strategy, international business operations, and cross-border issues;

• You ensure compliance with national regulations and reporting requirements and, where necessary, coordinate regarding possible differences in foreign valuation principles;

• You maintain client relationships via online channels, with attention to cultural differences and expectations;

• You contribute to the further digitalization and optimization of internal processes.

You are analytical, accurate, and enjoy thinking along with clients. You feel at home in an international and digital working environment and know how to communicate professionally and efficiently remotely.

Furthermore, we ask:

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Accountancy or International Business with a clear affinity for accountancy;

• Ambition to grow within the field and potentially work towards an AA title;

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written (required);

• A structured, independent working attitude and you remain calm during busy periods.
