The role
Do you love organization, pace, and responsibility?
For Van Mossel Autoschade Hightech in Rotterdam, we are looking for a service planner.
What will you do?
You will schedule appointments, reassure customers, coordinate with colleagues, and ensure the planning is correct so that the workshop can run efficiently.
What you'll do
On the day of the appointment, you will receive the customer, record the damage, and process it using the damage photo booth.
You will arrange replacement transport and ensure that all files are maintained with administrative accuracy.
You will monitor progress and ensure that everything runs smoothly and in a structured manner.
Requirements
Who are you?
You have experience in a service-oriented role (automotive is a plus, not a must).
You communicate easily, adapt your tone to each situation, and remain calm during busy periods.
You work accurately, maintain an overview, and have a flexible mindset.
You are available full-time.
