What are you going to do?
As a Workshop Planner within our van Mossel Volkswagen location in Oisterwijk, you are responsible for the efficient planning and organization of the activities in our workshop. You work closely with the team of mechanics, the service advisors, and the warehouse staff to ensure that all tasks run smoothly and that our customers receive the best possible service. As a workshop planner, you are responsible for optimal planning for the workshop activities, taking into account available capacity, deadlines, and priorities. Additionally, you communicate with customers about the planning, expected lead times, and any extra work. All in all, a dynamic role with plenty of variety! Your duties include, among others:

• Coordinating activities between different departments and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles;

• Actively participating in the operation;

• Communication with the importer regarding technical matters;

• Registering performed work and maintaining relevant administration.

As a workshop planner within the automotive industry, you have technical knowledge in the field of maintenance and repairs. In addition to your substantive knowledge, you are an enthusiastic and involved colleague who knows how to motivate and guide the team. Additionally, it is nice if you already have leadership skills, but if you do not, we are happy to teach you. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Completed MBO 4 education in automotive technology;

• Good communication and listening skills;

• Available full-time.
